About: As a Clinical Psychologist, I strive to create a safe, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where your emotions are valid, your story matters, and you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. I am RCI registered and have completed my M.Phil. Clinical Psychology training from GMCH-32, Chandigarh, where I was awarded the Gold Medal for academic and clinical excellence. I have tremendous experience of working with women of different age groups, offering therapy for a range of emotional, relational, and mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, OCD, somatoform conditions, personality patterns, stress, trauma, grief, self-esteem issues, and relationship difficulties. My work is grounded in evidence-based psychotherapies. I draw primarily from CBT and third-wave approaches like ACT, DBT, MBCT, while also incorporating elements of interpersonal and insight-oriented techniques.
