About: I am a psychiatrist with a special interest in mood disorders, anxiety, stress-related conditions, adjustment issues, dementia care, and sexology. I also work in child and adolescent psychiatry and have been actively involved in telepsychiatry to make quality mental health care more accessible and affordable. I believe in listening with empathy, respecting each person’s story, and addressing sensitive concerns without judgment. Beyond my clinical work, I am engaged in teaching, research, and advocacy to reduce stigma and raise awareness. My goal is to help individuals and families build resilience, restore balance, and move toward recovery with hope.
